(1) In the following we inform about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that is personally available to you, eg. Name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

(1) In the case of merely informative use of the website, in other words if you do not provide us with any other information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. § 5 Use of Google Analytics

(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of your usage of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. § 6 Linked content / sharing features

Our website contains links to appearances on social networks as well as the possibility to share contents of our websites via social networks. As part of providing these features, no personally identifiable information will be collected until you use the feature after logging in to the provider. We point out that we are not responsible for the data processing practices on third party platforms outside our own sphere of influence.


Pinterest

On this website we use functions and social plugins of the social network Pinterest, which is operated by Pinterest Inc., 808 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA 94103-490, USA (“Pinterest”). When you visit a page that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Pinterest servers. The plugin transmits log data to the Pinterest server in the USA. We use the Soundcloud Music Player widget to provide voice / music content. The embedded content is obtained from the servers of SoundCloud Limited, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, Germany. As part of the provision of the embedded content, the IP address of the user whose terminal device represents the content, as well as any additional information that may be required, such as Device information processed. The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in the provision of integrated multimedia content to increase the attractiveness of our website in conjunction with Article 6 (1) lit.
